Perishable Items

All sales of perishable food items (including frozen foods, snacks, beverages, and produce) are final.
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable goods once they have left our store.

Non-Perishable Items

You may return or exchange non-perishable items (such as packaged goods, personal care products, or household items) within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours with a photo and order details. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or credit.
